的 俄罗斯 major and minor focuses on the history, 文化, politics and language of one of the world’s largest countries. 语言 instruction is provided from introductory to advanced levels, and students complete courses in literature and 文化. Our graduates go on to top graduate programs and pursue careers in national security, 国际关系, education and translation.

的 program offers semester and summer opportunities to study in 陶格夫匹尔斯, 拉脱维亚 as well as 莫斯科 and St. 彼得堡.

的 俄罗斯 program offers numerous scholarship opportunities through Project Global Officer, for the intensive study abroad program in 拉脱维亚, and is one of only eight universities in the US to offer the 俄罗斯 语言 Flagship. 的 俄罗斯 Flagship provides opportunities for students to achieve professional level proficiency in 俄罗斯 through intensive courses, study abroad and cocurricular activities. Flagship students enroll in specially designed courses and programs of study which allow them to simultaneously pursue diverse academic interests. 的 completion of the program culminates with the capstone year abroad in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
